Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased we are with our home. Our decision to have you build our home was based on the length of construction time, the quality of your work and of course the price. We have been in our home just a little over a year and enjoy it more each day. As with any new construction there were a few bumps but we found that you and your construction crew were more than willing to make the necessary corrections. We have friends in the construction business and they were quite impressed with your product and the quality of your work.

Since we are located short distance from you, we were fortunate enough to be able to visit the construction site often and watch the progress of our home. The sub-contractors that you employ were courteous and very helpful when we asked questions and we did manager to ask more than our share. The day that our home was moved was indeed an experience that Bert and I will never forget. The movers that you employed were excellent and very professional. In fact, when they turned down our road we had about 12 neighbors that shared the last bit of our home’s journey. They all said that it was the best entertainment ever. The entire placement procedure only took about 3 ½ hours and that included a coffee break.

This past June we added our attached garage and have been busy trying to do the finish work. Please feel free to stop by whenever you are in the area. The coffeepot is always on.
