We start by selecting rtm homes and on site home designs that we believe offer appealing features and originality while providing a full range of options that can meet a wide variety of needs.

We also have complete flexibility to modify any of our existing drawings to your special needs or even to build to a set of plans that you have designed yourself or sourced elsewhere. So whether your wanting an rtm home, ready to move cottage or an on-site home or cottage build, we can help make your dream home or cottage come true. We also offer interior design advice.

Holmgren Homes is located only twenty minutes from Roseau, Warroad and Buffalo Point and two hours southeast of Winnipeg, located near cottage country in Sprague, Manitoba, Canada. Holmgren Canadian Rtm homes and ready to move homes and manufactured cabins are available for shipment to Manitoba and Minnesota. Onsite home building is available in Manitoba and Alberta, Canada.
